Blueberry Muffin Mix

- 2 lb package. DIR.: 3 cups mix (1 pound) to 1 1/4 cups water. Stir well, put into cup cake pan.Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield 12 muffins. Ing: Enriched wheat flour bleached (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean and/or cottonseed oil), dry whey, dextrose, wheat starch, mono & diglycerides with BHT as preservatives, dry whole egg, leavening (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), salt, soy flour.
