Beef Gravy Mix
- Mixing Instructions:
1/2 cup Old-time Beef Gravy
2 1/2 cups water
In a heavy saucepan, thoroughly mix the water and gravy mix with a wire whisk. bring mixture to a boil, over medium heat while stirring. boil and stir 1 minute. remove from heat and serve. Options: left-over beef may be added just before serving. Can be used as a base for hearty stews, meat pies, or beef potpie.
