Peanut Butter Balls


½ cup Butter, Softened

1 cup Peanut Butter

3 cup Powdered Sugar

12 ounces chocolate, melted


Directions: Combine peanut butter and butter in mixing bowl.  Beat until combined.  Add powdered sugar continue beating until smooth and creamy.  Refrigerate until firm.  Roll into balls; dip in chocolate, place on parchment paper lined tray.  Keep in refrigerator.

Optional: After rolling into balls, press onto a miniature pretzel (regular or graham), then dip top into chocolate, leaving pretzel undipped.
