ONE HOUR CINNAMON ROLLS
Mix and stir the following ingredients, then rest for 10 minutes:
1 ¾ c warm water
½ c oil
¼ c plus 2 T sugar
3 T yeast
Add and mix well:
2 medium eggs
1 ½ tsp salt
5 cups flour
Dough will be sticky. Immediately roll out on floured surface. Spread with margarine and mixture of sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll up and cut. Raise for 10 minutes. Bake @ 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Glaze while hot (see icing recipes).
