Honey Wheat Bread

 

Honey Wheat Bread
2 pkg. yeast (about 5 tsp)
2 c. warm water (120-130)
¼ c. oil
1/3 c. honey
1 T molasses
1 tsp salt
2 T wheat gluten
4 c. wheat flour
1 c. white flour
Mix together first 6 ingredients. Whisk in white flour, 1 cup of wheat flour, and the
gluten. Whisk vigorously for a few minutes. Stir in the rest of the wheat flour and knead
until smooth – may be a bit sticky. Let rise until doubled. Punch down, divide into two
loaves, let rise again and then bake at 375 degrees about 40 minutes.
