If for some reason you are not completely happy with your order, please call us at 920-830-3311 to discuss a return or exchange. We will do all we can to be sure you are satisfied.

Granary Bulk Foods Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

When an order is placed, we will fill it from food that has been pre-packaged in our warehouse. The weights may vary slightly from what you have requested but you will be charged for the exact amount you receive. This may affect your order total by a slight amount up or down. Your final invoice will reflect the correct total of the order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

The "St. Joe's Donation" shipping method is only for the items you are purchasing for donation to the St. Joseph Food Program. The St. Joe's truck will pick the item up at our location and deliver it directly to the food program. Do not choose this shipping method for orders to be shipped to you.

The "Store pick-up" option may be chosen if you are planning to pick the order up at our physical location. Please allow us 24 hours to process this order. If you need it sooner, we will be happy to oblige if you call and let us know what time you plan to arrive. We will need a minimum 2 hour lead time depending on the size of the order. Do not choose this option if you want us to ship the order to you at another location.
