All class fees are due at registration. If applicable, supply fees will be required the night of the class. There are no refunds for cancellation, however, you may apply your class fee to a future class if cancellation is done a minimum of 24 hours before the time of the class in which you are enrolled. Children must be 13 years of age and accompanied by an adult.

February
Cookie Decorating
Date: February 9th, Thursday
Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Cost: $20.00
Learn how to skillfully transform cookies into works of art for your family and friends.
In a two hour hands-on workshop, you will learn how to apply royal icing to embellish
cookies with delightful details. The fee will include 1 dozen cookies for you to decorate.
Supplies to bring with you: 1 jelly roll pan 13 X 18 (cookie sheet with sides) or tray.
One Hour Cinnamon Rolls
Date: February 23rd, Thursday
Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Cost: $20.00
Even if you have never baked bread or rolls before, you can make these wonderful
cinnamon rolls. This is a simple and fast recipe that everyone will enjoy eating fresh
out of the oven! Your rolls will be a hit on holidays, special occasions, or for everyday.
Because they are fast, you can make them anytime.

Date: March 1st, Thursday
Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Cost $20.00
Back by popular demand! Making bread is not complicated - it just takes a little know-how. In this
class we will cover the basics from what kinds of flour and yeast to use, how to enhance recipes
using herbs and spices, and easy ways to take a few short cuts that will save you time but still yield
that homemade baking bread smell that will have your family waiting in line for a slice. We will be
sampling different homemade breads and sharing recipes too!

Pie Baking 101
Date: April 12th, Thursday
Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Cost: $20.00
This two hour class will cover the basics of making the perfect pie.
During this fun filled 2 hour class we will cover the basic ingredients and methods for making a
perfect pie crust, learn simple methods for easy rolling out, tips and tricks for decorative edging and
lattice work. We will also learn about how to properly fill a pie crust with a variety of fillings from
fresh fruit to prepared fillings. You will also learn to make cruds…a special treat using left over pie
crust.
Supplies to bring to class: 1 9” pie pan.
Gluten Free Baking
Date: April 26th, Thursday
Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Gluten free baking can be a difficult and expensive adjustment. Come learn from a pro. Aggie Reis
of Gluten Be Gone has been living gluten free for many years and has perfected this process. She
will include tips, samples, and expertise to make a gluten free diet easier to live with.

Date: April 12th, Thursday

Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Cost: $20.00

This two hour class will cover the basics of making the perfect pie.
