Spices are packaged in several ways. The first is a 2 tablespoon packet. These 3 X 3 ziplocks each contain 2 tablespoons of spice and are sold by each (not weight). The most common packaging is a small deli container. These spices are sold by the ounce and there is a minimum order of 3 because most containers hold at least 3 ounces. We will fill the order as closely as possible to the number of ounces you specify. Some spices are sold by each, such as whole thyme (2/3 cup).
